HOW TO REQUEST YOUR RESERVATION:

To request your reservation, click on the drop-down menus, choosing the apartment model that most interests you, a screen will open where you will see all the characteristics of that model, under the photographs a tab will take you to the availability calendar, where you can make your request backup.

The apartment will automatically be blocked for you, in less than twenty-four hours you will receive all the necessary information.

Remember, if you have completed all the fields correctly, you will receive an email with all the details of your request for you to verify. If there was an error, please let us know.

We will answer your email in less than 24 hours, if your request has been accepted, indicating how to prove your reservation so that it is firm.

If you want to cancel fulfilling the deadlines, you see  I CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OR BOOKING CHABGES  the money will be retourned in advanced ( according to conditions ).

Conditions and prices:

*On weekends only reservations of two nights minimum will be accepted.

* Prices do not include parking

* From Sunday to Thursday the rate usually carries a discount of € 10 per night, except for the months of July, August and September, Events, Local Festivals, Bridges, National Festivals, Easter and Christmas.

* For the months of July, August and September:

  • The mínimum price in an apartament type “Escalinata” (for three or four people) will be € 89 per night, with a minimum reservation of two nights.
  • The mínimum price in an apartament type “Herrería” (for four or five people) will be € 109 per night, with a minimum two-night reservation.
  • The minimum price in an apartament type “Grupo” (for 6 people or more) will be € 139, with a minimum reservation of two nights.

* For Local Holidays ,  Christmas, Easter, Events ….Rate and special minimum number of days, (Check prices and availability by phone or whatsapp).

Read the terms and conditions of use, since the acceptance of this reservation implies everything expressed in them.

You can download it here Promotions and offers are only valid if they are contracted on our website, they are not cumulative with other offers or discounts (they must be reflected in your reservation form, otherwise they will not be valid).

Loyalty discounts (repeat accommodation in our establishment) will not be valid on holidays, local holidays, bridges, Christmas, Easter, second half of June, July, August and first half of September and will only apply for bookings over two days , besides being hired on this page.

Discount promotions for several consecutive days, even for a week, will not be applicable if they coincide with the Holidays, expressed in the previous paragraph.
