HOW TO BOOK:
Click on the apartment tab that you have selected as your best option. After that, you will see the price at right and also different offers. Click on the number of people tab and then will appear a new website where you can find the apartment features which you selected.
Complete the booking request form below and send it. Do not forget to fill the gaps with *, they are necesary to continue with the booking.
If you sent it well you will recieve an automatic answer to your email with your booking request copy.
We will send you an email or call you if there is abailability or not.
HOW TO COMPLETE YOUR BOOKING:
If there is abailability we will send you the documentation of booking, that is made up of the booking sheets, maps, indications of how to collect the keys… After that, you have to pay a part of the final price by credit card or transfer (the amount is in your booking request sheet) in the next three days after we recieve your documentation. If you do not pay this amount your booking is not correct.
After pay this amount you must send us a copy of payment voucher by email or whatsapp.
To cancell a booking see Cancellation conditions or reservation changes, we will give you back your first payment if you respect the conditions.
Pay at the property the rest amount by cash or card.
HOW TO CHECK-IN:
You can reduce the check-in time if you pay the total amount of your booking and download the traveler sheets, click on this download link, give us them at the property after you fill and sign them (One per person older tan 16 years).

Si el cliente comunica que quiere hacer un cambio o modificación de la reserva de apartamento con anterioridad a 5 días de la fecha de entrada, se accederá a ello siempre que la disponibilidad del otro apartamento lo permita. En caso contrario se aplicaran las condiciones de cancelación.
En general, si cancelas o modificas hasta 5 días antes de la fecha o día de llegada el establecimiento no efectuará ningún cargo.
Se exceptúa del caso general las reservas que correspondan a las Fiestas de las Bodas de Isabel de Segura (Fiestas de Medievales), Fiestas del Ángel (Vaquillas), Fiestas Navideñas, Fiestas de Semana Santa y Puentes, que serán un caso particular: Si cancelas hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada: se pierde el depósito del 25%, si cancelas o modificas fuera de este plazo o si no te presentas se cargará la estancia completa.
Si no se cumplen los plazos establecidos para cancelar o no te presentas en el establecimiento: se cargará la estancia de la primera noche como penalización, en el caso general o bien la estancia completa en el caso particular.
Ejemplo para calcular los plazos en el caso general: Ej. si su llegada es viernes y se cancela hasta las 00:00 horas del sábado= sin coste alguno. Si cancela por ejemplo, domingo= tendrá la penalización antedicha.
(*) Si se tuviera que retroceder alguna transferencia o pago adelantado realizado como acreditación de la reserva, por causas de cancelación en plazo, a esta cantidad se descontarán 5€ en concepto de gastos.[/ultimate_modal]
Price conditions:
* If you book only one day during the weekend your final price will take a surcharge of 10 euros, or you can book parking for a price of 13 euros.
* From Sunday to thrusday usually takes a discount of 10 euros each night, except July, August and September, events, local festivities, national fests, Easter and Christmas.
* July, August and September:
- The minimum price of “Escalinata” apartment (3 or 4 people) will be 89 euros per night from 1 to 4 days booking, the rest of the days the same price.
- The minimum price of “Herreria” apartment (4 or 5 people) will be 109 euros per night from 1 to 4 days booking, the rest of the days the same price.
- The price of “Group” apartment (10 people maximum) will be 10 euros more per night from 1 to 2 days booking, the rest of the days the same price.* To calculate the rate for more than 10 people in the “group ” Apartment it will be added €20 consecutively per person stayed and night. Please read the terms and conditions of use, because the acceptance of this booking is implicit in everything expressed. You can download it here. Fidelity Discounts (Usual accommodation in our establishment) will not be valid on holidays, local parties, events, Christmas, Easter, second fortnight of June, July, August and first fortnight of September and the discounts will only be applied for reservations more than two days, you also must book throught our website.
- The discount promotions for several days continued, even for a week, will not be applicable if they coincide with the holidays, expressed in the preceding paragraph.
